The cherished project that could not take off after song recording muhurut ‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’ in which Dr Rajakumar was supposed to play double roles stalled after fugitive Veerappan abducted Dr Rajakumar that eventually put him down physically weak, will be taken up sometime later says Smt Parvathamma Rajakumar.

‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’ 10 songs and Kandha Padyas were ready from Hamsalekha, Kedarnath locations and Mysore Palace permissions have been obtained in the past. “But it was so unfortunate that my husband was kidnapped and kept in the forest for 108 days. After return, facing lot of trouble in life the knee ailment bothered him too much. With pain the expressions would get affected he said and thus it was stalled. When he was living he expressed his wish to take up the film with Shivarajakumar or Puneeth Rajakumar. He even told that he would guide staying on the sets. But he passed away on April 12, 2006, again put the ‘Bhaktha Ambarisha’ in the cold storage. It is from ‘Ramakantha’ role in Bhaktha Ambarisha mythological stage play appearing in 200 shows Rajakumar got offer in ‘Bedara Kannappa’ in 1954”, informed Smt Parvathamma.

Hat trick hero Shivarajakumar expressed that his dream is to perform in ‘Bhaktha Kumbara’ film of his father. “I would work hard for that film and confident that I would live up to 30 percent of my father performance”, he said.

Another wish of Shivarajakumar is perform in ‘Bhaktha Kumbara’ in which his father had given a sterling performance.
